Features include Fleck 7000/1600 filter valves with PVC injectors and special feeder pistons, 3/4 inch plastic yokes, blue polyglass tanks, basket distributors, manganese greensand, gravel beds and potassium solution tanks.

As a manganese greensand filter this device works best at a flow rate of 2 g.p.m.. It can be be operated as high as 4.5 g.p.m. but you may see some of the contaminents slipping through.

The back wash rate during regeneration is 5 g.p.m.

Regeneration chemicals
